Maryville Municipal Building

Maryville, Tennessee

This 95,000 square ft. facility was constructed for the city of Maryville, TN and consolidates many of the city’s departments into one facility. This building is home to the city’s fire department, police department, city manager’s office, human resources, finance and information, customer service, engineering, planning, and building codes department. This $20M facility was completed in 2004. ESG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs.
