This new facility was constructed in Kingsport, TN and consists of a 54,000 square feet 3 story structure. This facility was designed for an initial student population of 1200, with expansion capabilities for up to 2000 students. This facility includes computer labs, healthcare labs, general classrooms, support and administrative spaces. This facility also includes the latest in communications and information technology systems, including wireless computer connectivity. The center provides classroom spaces for Northeast State Community College, King College, Lincoln Memorial University and the University of Tennessee. This project was designed and constructed in accordance with LEED guidelines. ESG designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for this facility.
