Engineering Services Group, Inc. was selected to provide HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Services for this new 270,000 ft2, N.I.C.U./Surgery Facility. This project was recently completed and occupied in January of 2017.

ESG designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection for this new college campus in Maryville, TN. The campus was completed in July 2010 at a cost of $18M, and included 80,000 square feet in a single building structure.

This new 95,000 square ft. facility consolidated multiple programs to be taught at the same central campus. This State of Tennessee project involved the construction of three new buildings and renovations to an existing facility on site.

Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, Hardin Valley Academy was the first new High School constructed in Knox County in nearly 30 years. ESG was the engineer of choice for this facility and designed the Mechanical and Plumbing systems.

ESG was selected to provide the engineering for this new 700 student dormitory on the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus. When construction started in 2012, this was the first new dormitory built on the UTK campus in over 40 years.

This is a K-12 facility located in Cherokee, North Carolina. This project is a LEED Silver Certified facility with the USGBC and won the 2009 McGraw-Hill Construction Best of the Best Award for the K-12 Educational Division.
