East Tennessee Children’s Hospital – Surgery & NICU Expansion

Engineering Services Group, Inc. was selected to provide HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Services for this new 270,000 ft2, N.I.C.U./Surgery Facility. This project was recently completed and occupied in January of 2017.

The new building accommodates a surgery floor with 14 operating rooms, patient prep and recovery, support areas, roof garden, and a dedicated floor with 44 patient rooms. At its base, this facility also contains a 2 level, 165 vehicle parking garage. Total construction cost was $58M.
