This new 95,000 square ft. facility consolidated multiple programs to be taught at the same central campus. This State of Tennessee project involved the construction of three new buildings and renovations to an existing facility on site. Construction began in 2012 on this $16M project and was completed in late summer of 2014.

This facility offers training programs in Administrative Office Technology, Automotive Technology, Computer Information Technology, Diesel Powered Equipment Technology, Electricity-Electronics, HVAC/Refrigeration, Welding, Pipefitting and Plumbing and Practical Nursing. ESG designed the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Site Utilities for this project.
