This facility is part of a new multi-use development in Knoxville, TN. This 190,000 square ft. project was completed in 2009 at a cost of $22M. The project included a 6 story office building and multilevel parking garage. Mechanical system for this facility was a water cooled DX system. ESG provided shell building design, and numerous tenant finish designs. ESG designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for this facility.
