ESG was the engineer of choice for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this new elementary school for Buncombe County Schools system in Candler, North Carolina. This new 500 student school is to be utilized as a prototype for future elementary schools in Buncombe County, and it’s design has been repeated at North Windy Ridge in Asheville, NC. This facility is 65,000 sq. ft. and was constructed at a cost of $6.0M.
