Marriott International Buildings I & II

Knoxville, Tennessee

Located in Knoxville, TN, ESG designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for both of these buildings which are utilized as a call reservation center for the Marriott hotel chain. The first phase was a single 52,000 square ft., 2 story, open office concept building. The second phase was a duplicate building with enclosed connector between the two buildings. A rooftop VAV mechanical system and emergency generator was utilized for both buildings. Construction cost for both phases was $13M.
