This new center houses the Street, Sanitation, Water & Wastewater, Engineering & Administration Division of the Public Works, Electric Department, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Fleet Operations. This project won the 2009 Public Works Association Project of the year Award.

ESG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the facility.
