This new facility in Johnson City, TN is considered to be the most technologically advanced library in the state of Tennessee. Its 42,635 square ft. includes reading rooms, theatre, meeting spaces for 150 people, children’s library, and more than 50 computers with internet access that may be utilized for the public. ESG provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for this facility. This project was completed in 2002 at a cost of $7.2M.
