One Falling Water Office Building

Constructed in 1998, One Falling Water is an 81,000 square foot 3 story class A office building containing multiple tenants with the anchor tenant being Great West Casualty. ESG provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for both the shell building and tenant finishes. Key features of the building include a water cooled DX mechanical system with central air handlers for each floor, vav boxes, centrally located electrical rooms on each floor, sprinkler system and raised floor duct system for the 3rd floor distribution of power and communications. Total construction cost was $5.5M.
