This facility is a one of a kind facility located in Oak Ridge, TN. Spallation Neutron Source ( SNS ) provides the most intense pulsed neutron beams in the world for scientific research and industrial development. SNS was built by a partnership of six U.S. Department of Energy laboratories. Facilities on the 80 acre site include the Central Laboratory and Office building, Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences, Experiment Hall, Target Building, and all support facilities. ESG has been selected as one of the design teams to provide engineering support to these facilities thru a contract with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and U.T.- Battelle.
