Tennessee Air National Guard TEC Dormitory and Classroom Facility

This $17M project involved a new classroom/dormitory facility for the military students at McGhee Tyson Air Base.  This facility was designed to house and train non-commissioned officers in the Air National Guard.  This facility provides technical training for students all across the country.  ESG designed this project as part of a continuing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity performance based contract which has been held for the past thirteen years.  The facility includes student lodging for a maximum of 192 students, classroom spaces, auditorium and lecture hall, activity rooms, student laundry, and all support areas.   This facility was 3 stories and 47,000 square feet. This project is LEED Silver Certified and was completed in the spring of 2017
