The success of this plan for Heritage Middle School prompted Blount County Schools to repeat the design for Union Grove Middle School. ESG designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection for both facilities. The 116,000 square ft. facility was completed in 2008 at a cost of $16.1M.
