This project was an outpatient surgery and diagnostic center built in Oak Ridge, TN. This 4 story, 55,650 square ft. structure houses multiple M.R.I.s, C.T scans, multiple surgery suites, and all associated support spaces. ESG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs for this facility. Special systems in this facility include a 4-pipe mechanical system, medical gases, surgical HVAC, surgical lighting, specialized communications, and emergency power generation. This project was completed in 2000 at a cost of $7.6 M. In 2006, ESG designed a sleep center that was located on the top floor within this facility.
